
The Tracy Barn
You know you are in the right place for your special event when you walk into the restored Tracy Barn and gaze through the windows at the magnificent view of the valley beyond. Whether you're hosting your special day with a ceremony in one of our gardens and a reception in The Tracy Barn, or perhaps you're utilizing The Tracy Barn for your bridal shower or class reunion, the possibilities are endless. We look forward to bringing your event's vision to life.

​The Tracy Barn accommodates up to 100 guests with 5’ round tables that seat up to 8 at banquet style chairs. We can help you create a grand feeling or an intimate gathering based on your event needs. If your special event has needs for additional covered space, tents can be rented for indoor/outdoor receptions from a vendor of your choosing. The tent can be located just outside the patio doors on the north side of the barn to create the feel of a cohesive event space.

Parking: Our grounds offer your guests ample parking spaces.
Catering: You're welcome to bring your own food or choose any caterer you'd like. The Tracy Barn offers a prep area with freezer and fridge space for your catering needs.
Tables & Chairs: We have tables and chairs to seat all of your guests in The Tracy Barn, and we have 100 chairs available for outdoor ceremonies. You are welcome to bring your own pieces or rentals, if you'd like an alternate option. Also, we have two 48" round tables, two 6' rectangle tables, and two 8' rectangle tables available as needed.
Bridal Space: We offer a private room for your bridal party to get ready, store their belongings, and create the "getting ready" experience on-site.
Utilities: The Tracy Barn is fully heated and cooled to make your guests as comfortable as possible.
Electrical: We have a variety of lighting options to meet your event needs. We also have enough outlets to connect electronics and entertainment with Wi-Fi available.
Restrooms: There is a set of restrooms on-site in The Tracy Barn for your guests to utilize.
Accessibility: The Tracy Barn is ADA-compliant.

Event Rentals

Full-Day Rentals: These rentals ensure you have maximum time for your event set up and tear down while enjoying the event to the fullest. *Set up the day before is available for an added fee and upon discussion when booking*
5-Hour Rentals: If your event doesn't require all day, our 5-hour rentals are perfect for a shorter gathering while having all of the great amenities provided by Quailcrest Farm.
