The Tracy Barn Event Center
You know you are in the right place for your special event when you walk into the restored Tracy Barn and gaze through the windows at the fabulous view of the valley beyond.
The Tracy Barn has accommodations for up to 152 with 5’ round tables that seat eight at banquet style chairs. Two smaller 48” round tables are also available for use. There is a hardwood dance floor, built-in bar/sink area and buffet. All additional set up items are at renter discretion, such as catering, linens, table service, etc. Our gardens are available for photos. Weddings that have requirements for more space can rent tents for indoor/outdoor receptions. The tent can be located just outside the patio doors on the north side of the barn.

The Gallery
For smaller gatherings we offer the Gallery, seating up to 35. The Gallery includes rectangular tables that seat up to eight and wooden folding chairs. Nestled among the gardens, The Gallery is the perfect location for luncheons, showers, meetings and small parties. When having a wedding at Quailcrest, The Gallery is included as the bridal dressing room.

Outdoor Garden Events
Beautiful garden landscapes abound for a unique wedding ceremony and stunning photographs. Garden sites include: The Megan Garden for shade, the traditional walk through our vine covered pergola to The Phoenix Garden, The Formal Herb Garden, Hillside Gardens and Tea House Garden.

| The Willow Tree |
A great place for outdoor informal functions, school reunions or company picnics, The Pavilion seats approximately 65. It includes a large charcoal grill and picnic tables which can be removed should you wish to supply your own tables. Additionally we have a 20’X30’ tent, without sides, available for rent. For outdoor wedding receptions the pavilion is included.
